Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Avichay Adraee posted on his account on the platform "X": "The IDF reveals infrastructure in the Indonesian hospital in northern Gaza, which was also used by Hamas on October 7." He added: "IDF troops stormed the Indonesian hospital in the northern sector and found various materials linking it to Hamas activities. Inside the fenced internal complex of the hospital, a Toyota vehicle was discovered, resembling the one used by Hamas operatives on 10/7, which contained weaponry." Adraee indicated that "within the same fenced internal area, a Toyota Corolla was found with a yellow license plate, belonging to the family of Israeli citizen Samer Talalqa, who was kidnapped to Gaza. The vehicle showed signs of RPG traces and blood, which was found to belong to another hostage. The presence of the vehicle directly connects the hospital to the events of 10/7."
He continued, "The Indonesian hospital was inaugurated in 2015 and is located next to the Jabalia neighborhood, making it the largest hospital in northern Gaza. It is one of the hospitals behind which Hamas hides under the cover of civilian patients and manages the infrastructure there." Adraee added, "The Indonesian hospital serves as a gathering point for combat management and the location for Hamas officials and operatives. There is extensive infrastructure at the hospital, and nearby there are tunnel openings leading to a tunnel network around the hospital." He concluded, "The Indonesian hospital serves as the strategic center for the underground infrastructure of the Jabalia battalion, and during combat, elite armed Hamas operatives were spotted in the hospital. They used it as a gathering point in preparation for operations."
