The Public Health Emergency Operations Center (PHEOC) of the Ministry of Health stated in a communication that "in an effort to enhance the readiness of the health sector to face the potential impacts of any Israeli aggression, tons of medical supplies, medicines, and equipment were distributed in the last 48 hours to 37 public and private hospitals, as well as several emergency and ambulance devices in the southern region, Nabatieh, Baalbek-Hermel, Bekaa, the capital Beirut, and the southern suburbs." It pointed out that "previous batches of supplies, medicines, and equipment were distributed to healthcare and emergency centers, and distribution operations will continue in the upcoming phase to cover as many health centers as possible and support them in providing the necessary emergency and therapeutic services if the situation requires it."
