Ukrainian Kharkiv police reported that "two people were killed and three others injured in a Russian drone attack targeting a vehicle belonging to a medical team in the northeastern region of the country." The head of the investigative department of the national police, Serhiy Pulvinov, stated on Facebook that "two paramedics in the Bil kolodiya residential gathering were killed in the attack." He added that three civilians in a nearby car were injured. Russia denies deliberately targeting civilians, but thousands of civilians have been killed and injured in the attacks launched since its full-scale invasion of Ukraine two and a half years ago.
