The Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity in Libya confirmed today, Thursday, the cancellation of the arrest warrant issued against citizen Abdul Rahman Qaja by the Tunisian authorities. The ministry stated in a statement: "Based on the directives of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, contact was made with the Tunisian authorities through the Arab and International Criminal Police Office at the Ministry of Interior, and the arrest warrant issued against him was canceled." The ministry clarified that efforts are currently underway to return Abdul Rahman Qaja to Libya in coordination with Saudi authorities. The Libyan Interior Ministry mentioned that Abdul Rahman Qaja has been detained by Saudi authorities since last Ramadan based on an arrest warrant issued against him by the Interpol office in Tunisia.
