Trump: Biden is Corrupt and Suffer from Cognitive Disorders

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump strongly criticized his Democratic rival Joe Biden, who is struggling to erase his faltering performance during their debate in late June. Trump's speech in Florida, in the southeast of the country, marked his first public appearance since speculation began about Biden's potential withdrawal, though he has not yet delved into conjecture regarding the American president's health.

In the opening of his 75-minute speech, which largely focused on his 81-year-old opponent, Trump stated, "This is the biggest cover-up in political history." He added, "As you know, they are all part of the nefarious conspiracy to deceive the American public about the cognitive abilities of the man who occupies the Oval Office." He went on to say that Biden is "corrupt, incompetent, and suffers from cognitive disorders."

In a speech laden with exaggerations and misleading information, Trump accused his opponent of regularly disappearing from the Oval Office, leaving his son Hunter, who has been convicted of illegal firearm possession, to govern the United States with the help of First Lady Jill Biden. The former president (2017-2021) challenged Biden to participate in another debate without a moderator and invited him to a golf match. He sarcastically asserted, "That would be the most-watched sporting event in history, more significant than the Ryder Cup or even the Masters," referring to major championships in the sport of golf. He added, "If he wins, I will donate a million dollars to a charity of my choice. But I assure you, he will not accept this offer."
