Media reports have revealed that Kylian Mbappe, the star of the French national team recently transferred from Paris Saint-Germain to Real Madrid, is taking serious steps towards a new historic deal aimed at strengthening his brand. French newspaper "Le Parisien" reported that "Mbappe has already agreed to pay 20 million euros for the purchase of a majority stake in the team 'Can', one of the clubs in France's second division."
The 25-year-old Mbappe will replace the American investment fund in Can, making him one of the youngest club owners in Europe. "Le Parisien" also disclosed that the club will be led by Ziad Hamoud, the former director of beIN Media Group and current executive director of the company managing Kylian Mbappe's image rights. It also noted that "current president Pierre Antoine of the club's supervisory committee and minority shareholder will remain in his position."
Additionally, it was mentioned that "Mbappe was close to transferring to Can in 2012 when he was a young player, but he preferred to join the Monaco academy."
