The list of companies suspending advertisements on the social media platform X, owned by Elon Musk and formerly known as Twitter, is expanding amid ongoing repercussions regarding anti-Semitic content.
A report released on Thursday identified several major companies—including tech firms, healthcare organizations, and sports teams—that found their ads placed next to pro-Nazi posts. The report, prepared by the left-leaning nonprofit Media Matters for America, noted that ads appeared alongside tweets featuring humorous images portraying Nazism as a spiritual awakening and quotes from Adolf Hitler. Previously, Musk had tweeted his agreement with an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory. In response to a user on X who blamed Jews for the rise of anti-Semitism online and claimed they promoted "hatred against whites," the billionaire wrote, "I said the factual truth." This sparked a wave of criticism from advertisers, civil rights leaders, and the Biden administration. Soon after, several companies began withdrawing from the platform.
**IBM**
IBM pulled its ads from X on November 16 after being identified by the Media Matters report as one of several major companies whose ads appeared next to tweets promoting anti-Semitism.
**Lionsgate**
A spokesperson for the entertainment and film distribution company told the Washington Post that it suspended its ads on X on Friday afternoon, stating the decision was made after "Elon's tweet." Lionsgate is behind successful film series such as Twilight, The Hunger Games, and John Wick.
**Walt Disney**
A spokesperson for the company stated that the entertainment giant halted advertisements on the social media platform on Friday. The market value of the entertainment giant behind a range of films, television, and theme parks is approximately $173 billion.

**Apple**

Based in Philadelphia, Comcast, which has a market value of about $171 billion, offers a range of broadband, wireless, and other services. It also operates various television and streaming platforms and theme parks.
