The Lebanese Taekwondo Federation organized the Lebanon Yellow Belt Championship for 2023 at the "Emile Lahoud Sports Complex" in Mar Roukoz over two days. A total of 534 male and female players holding yellow belts from various clubs participated in the event. The matches were conducted in two rings on the first day and four rings on the second day. The championship was attended by the federation president Dr. Habib Zreifa, federation members including Grandmaster accountant Eng. Eli Naimeh, international referee Grandmaster Joe Khoury, and Master Hussein Zaiter. Grandmasters Joseph Abou Samra and George Khattar were also present, along with club officials and the players' families.
The final ranking of the clubs was as follows:
- First Place: Mon La Salle Club – 223 points
- Second Place: Black Eagle Club – 208 points
- Third Place: Anwar Club – 94 points
