Israeli Assassination Operation Inside Hospital (Video)

The Israeli army stated today, Tuesday, that it "neutralized" Hamas militants hiding inside the Ibn Sina hospital in Jenin, West Bank, who were allegedly planning an imminent attack. The army identified one of the men as Muhammad Jlamna, a 27-year-old from Jenin, claiming he had been in contact with Hamas headquarters abroad and was planning "an attack similar to the one launched by Hamas across the border on October 7 from the Gaza Strip." The army said the other two were also militants from the area.

The Palestinian news agency "Wafa" reported that around 10 Israeli special forces soldiers disguised in civilian clothes, as doctors, nurses, and Palestinian women, infiltrated the hospital and proceeded to the third floor, where they assassinated the young men using silenced pistols. A video leaked on social media from a surveillance camera captured the moment the Israeli special forces, dressed in civilian attire, infiltrated the Ibn Sina hospital. It showed the Israeli forces storming the hospital and later assassinating the injured inside.

The Israeli army mentioned that "Jlamna was planning to carry out a terrorist attack in the near future and used the hospital as a hideout, and therefore he was neutralized." However, the army did not confirm whether the three had been killed, but Voice of Palestine radio reported the death of three Palestinians in the hospital.

Palestinian Health Minister Mai al-Kaila urgently called on the United Nations General Assembly, international institutions, and human rights organizations to "put an end to the daily crimes committed by the occupation against our people and healthcare facilities in Gaza and the West Bank and to provide the necessary protection for medical centers and teams."

The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades announced the names of the martyrs in a statement: "The Qassam martyr Muhammad Walid Jlamna, the martyr Mujahid Muhammad Ayman al-Ghazawi, one of the founders of the Jenin Brigade of 'Saraya al-Quds,' and the martyr Mujahid Basel Ayman al-Ghazawi."

According to Palestinian media, three Palestinian militants were killed this morning in an assassination operation carried out by a special force of the Israeli army at Ibn Sina hospital in Jenin. The al-Qassam Brigades lamented the loss of a number of their fighters in what they described as a “cowardly assassination operation carried out by a special force that infiltrated Ibn Sina hospital.” They emphasized that "this cowardly assassination will bring hell to the occupier and its settlers throughout Palestine," adding that "blood will be met with blood, and these sacrifices will not be in vain."

According to Palestinian media reports, "the Israeli force stormed the third floor of the hospital and assassinated the young men using silenced weapons before later withdrawing from the scene."

Israeli army spokesperson Avichai Adraee wrote in a post on his account on the "X" platform that "in a joint operation involving the army, Shin Bet, and the special police unit, Muhammad Jlamna, a military operative in Hamas involved in planning tangible terrorist activities, was neutralized, having hidden inside Ibn Sina hospital in Jenin where the wanted person was found along with a pistol confiscated by the forces."

He added, "The 27-year-old Jlamna had long been staying in Jenin camp and had been in communication with Hamas leadership abroad. He was injured while he was trying to develop a plan to execute a sabotage operation using a car bomb, and he transferred weapons and ammunition to terrorist operatives to carry out shootings and planned a raid mimicking the events of the October 7 terrorist attack."

Adraee continued, "Alongside Jlamna, two other terrorist military operatives hiding in the location were neutralized: Muhammad Ghazawi from Jenin camp, who is involved in numerous terrorist activities including shootings against the Israeli Defense Forces in the area, and Basel Ghazawi, Muhammad's brother, involved in jihadist activities in the region."

He stated, "For a long time, many wanted individuals have been hiding in hospitals, using them as a launch point to plan terrorist activities and execute them, believing that hospitals will provide them protection from security forces. This is another example of the ridiculous use by terrorist organizations of civilian and hospital environments as human shields."

He concluded: "Jlamna was planning to execute a sabotage operation in the near future and used the hospital as his hideout, and thus he was neutralized. Security forces will continue to operate against any threats to the security of the citizens of the State of Israel."
