Houthis: We Executed Operations Against Two Ships in the Red Sea

The Yemeni "Ansar Allah" movement announced today, Friday, that it carried out two operations in the Red Sea against two ships belonging to companies that "violated the decision to ban entry to the ports of occupied Palestine," using drones and missiles. The military spokesman for Ansar Allah, Yahya Saree, stated in a statement: "In victory for the oppressed Palestinian people and in response to the crimes of the Zionist enemy against the displaced in Rafah in the Gaza Strip, and as part of the expansion of military operations in the fourth phase of escalation and in response to the American-British aggression against our country, the naval forces and the drone air force and the missile forces of the Yemeni armed forces carried out joint operations in the Red Sea against two ships belonging to companies that violated the ban on entry to the ports of occupied Palestine, namely the ship (Elbella) and the ship (AAL GENOA)."

The statement added: "The targeting operation was conducted using a number of drones and ballistic and naval missiles, and the hit was precise, thanks to God." It continued: "The Yemeni armed forces will continue, with God's help, to carry out their military operations in support of and solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people until the aggression ends and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted."

The U.S. Central Command, for its part, stated: "We destroyed a boat used by the Houthis to carry out patrols in the Red Sea." The United States and Britain are conducting strikes on Houthi targets in response to attacks on ships.
