Sources within the Egyptian Ministry of Awqaf have revealed the regulations for holding the Eid al-Adha prayer in 2024, which is expected to occur astronomically on Sunday, June 16, 2024. The sources stated in remarks to "Cairo 24" that the Eid prayer will be held in all mosques where Friday prayers are performed and in the designated areas specified by each directorate. They confirmed that all directorates have been urged to take necessary measures to provide prayer spaces for women, whether in mosques or designated areas for the Eid prayer. Additionally, sources indicated that directorates have been instructed to ensure designated areas for women to prevent the overlapping of rows between women and men and to utilize the designated female preachers to assist directorates in coordinating this.
