The General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs announced today, Tuesday, that the real estate registry offices in Baabda, Chouf, Aley, Kesrouan, and Jbeil will exceptionally provide, on Friday, July 5, 2024, and the real estate registry office in Metn on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 8 AM to 12 PM, the fourteenth batch of ready payment orders and the fifteenth batch of ready property deeds to the concerned parties or their legal representatives, and receive requests for replacement of lost documents (for those who object: the right to notify the registry offices throughout the week), as well as marking boundaries. Additionally, the following will apply:
- The real estate registry office in Chouf will receive all inquiries from concerned parties (with a copy of the ID attached) or their legal representatives (with a copy of the authorization attached) regarding submitted transactions, and will deliver all unpaid payment orders and all ready deeds, and will receive requests for boundary marking on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, July 3-5, 2024.
- The real estate registry office in Baabda will receive inquiries from concerned parties (with a copy of the ID attached) or their legal representatives (with a copy of the authorization attached) regarding submitted transactions, and will deliver the real estate certificates and all unpaid payment orders on Thursday and Friday, July 4 and 5.
- The deputy real estate office director in Kesrouan and Jbeil will only receive new transactions for insurance removals on Wednesday, July 3. On Friday, July 5, 2024, they will receive all inquiries from concerned parties (with a copy of the ID attached) or their legal representatives (with a copy of the authorization attached) and will deliver the real estate certificates.
- The deputy real estate office directors in the first and second divisions of Metn will exceptionally receive inquiries regarding submitted transactions from concerned parties (with a copy of the ID attached) or their legal representatives (with a copy of the authorization attached) on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 8 AM to 12 PM.
- The real estate registry office in Metn will exceptionally receive requests for real estate certificates on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 8 AM to 12 PM, which will be delivered the following week, and will receive all inquiries related to the archive such as requests for copies of documents or property system images, etc.
- The real estate registry office in Aley will deliver real estate certificates on Friday, July 5, 2024.
The procedure for receipt requires concerned individuals to visit the General Directorate of Real Estate Affairs website, WWW.LRC.GOV.LB, under the latest news section to verify the existence of the payment order or deed pertaining to them within the published lists on the website, and then to proceed, for deeds only, to the relevant tax offices to obtain the stamps (2*50,000 = 100,000 L.L.), or receipt of stamp payments from recognized financial companies.
