In an updated report regarding an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in Mrekhiyon square, the Public Health Ministry's Emergency Operations Center issued a statement after midnight last night announcing that "the airstrike resulted in one martyr and severe injuries to another person who suffered cardiac arrest; upon being transported to the hospital, the medical teams were able to resuscitate him and perform a delicate surgery." As for the other injured, the total is eight, detailed as follows: a three-year-old child underwent surgery at the Mrekhiyon government hospital but was in critical condition, necessitating his transfer to St. George University Hospital in Beirut. His father was also transferred to the same hospital and is in critical condition. Additionally, two other individuals sustained moderate injuries and were taken to Hotel Dieu Hospital for further treatment. A citizen with moderate injuries was admitted to Mrekhiyon government hospital. Three individuals (two women and one Syrian man) received treatment in the emergency department.

At night, Israeli warplanes flew at low altitudes over the eastern sector intensely. A fire broke out in Deir Mimas and on the Lubiya hill outskirts of the town of Qlay'ah due to Israeli artillery shelling, and the Israeli military dropped illuminating flares over the town of Markaba. Hezbollah announced in a statement that "in response to the assault and assassination carried out by the Israeli enemy in the town of Blida, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance yesterday, Wednesday, targeted the command post of the Brigade of the Plain in the Beit Hilll barracks with a salvo of Katyusha rockets." Additionally, Hezbollah mourned Muhammad Ali Jihad Badreddine "Asad Ali," born in 1994 from the town of Harouf in southern Lebanon, and Hussein Yassin Shaaito (Jawad), born in 1995 from the town of Tiri in southern Lebanon.
