Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, affirmed that the United Arab Emirates, under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, continues to promote excellence in all sectors and fields, reinforcing its leading global role as an active partner in shaping the future. This commitment supports every effort that contributes to advancing humanitarian progress and sustainable development, providing individuals with a better tomorrow. The UAE emphasizes its full commitment to doubling efforts and expanding the scope of global partnerships to address urgent issues and advance development in sustainability, innovation, and advanced infrastructure. This was stated during a meeting held in Al Shindagha, Dubai, with a group of prominent figures from the country, businessmen, investors, ministers, and senior officials, within the framework of his weekly council.

He emphasized that "the comprehensive development renaissance in the country continues to strengthen its foundations with qualitative achievements in various vital sectors, alongside a clear vision for the requirements of leadership towards a future filled with opportunities." He highlighted the role of the private sector as a partner with a tangible impact on driving economic development, aligning with the UAE's approach to diversify income sources, enhance investment fields, and create more opportunities for the business community, particularly in sectors related to future-making.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum stated that Dubai continues to enhance its status as a global trade and economic hub and a strategic center for attracting multinational companies, as well as a global destination for tourism, business, and investment. This is achieved by continuously providing the necessary components that allow it to maintain its leading position globally and regionally across all economic and commercial sectors, supporting the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 to become one of the top three global economic cities.

He added, "The exceptional performance of Dubai in many fields illustrates the strength of the distinguished cooperation bridges between the public and private sectors, as well as with our partners from around the world. Innovation and advanced technology are key factors for a prosperous and bright future. From this standpoint, providing an ideal environment for startups operating in the fields of innovation and advanced technologies, along with modern laws and regulations aimed at facilitating business and simplifying procedures, is among our top priorities. Our goal is for Dubai to always be a global destination for innovation, future foresight, and support for innovative ideas."

Present at the meeting were Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, and Sheikh Hashir bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, Chairman of "Dubai Media". A number of sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials also attended.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and attendees listened to a lecture presented by Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity Council for the UAE Government, in which he discussed the importance of cybersecurity in protecting the digital transformation in the UAE, safeguarding its digital achievements, and ensuring its national security.

He stated that the UAE is keen to promote a culture of cybersecurity as part of its goals to become an artificial intelligence nation in line with the UAE's strategy for artificial intelligence, aiming to achieve the goals of the UAE Centennial 2071 and expedite the implementation of developmental programs and projects to reach the future, enhance government performance, accelerate achievements, and create innovative work environments. He also addressed how to use artificial intelligence in countering cyber threats and attacks on communication and information systems.
