The commander of the Second Field Army, Major General Mamdouh Jaafar, emphasized the commitment of the Second Army personnel to achieve the highest rates of efficiency and combat readiness, enabling them to carry out all assigned tasks to defend the security and safety of the nation. The main phase began with a presentation summarizing the operational concept and the decisions made by leaders during the management of the project, reflecting the high combat readiness and outstanding training of all participating elements in the project, according to a statement from the military spokesman.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, attended one of the project's phases, which included the presentation of reports and decisions executed from various levels, and discussed with several project participants the method of executing their tasks and how to make optimal decisions to address unexpected situations during operations management.
The Egyptian Defense Minister met with several fighters from the Second Field Army, the Officer Cadet School, and the Non-Commissioned Officers Institute. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production emphasized the leadership's commitment to the individual soldier and the development of training systems within units and formations to reach the highest levels of combat readiness.
