Simone Biles, the American gymnastics star with 4 medals from the Paris 2024 Olympics, disclosed the outrageous amount a famous nightclub in France demanded from her for a bottle of alcohol. In a TikTok video, Biles stated, "A nightclub tried to deceive me... We attended the closing ceremony of the Olympics, then went out, and this club tried to charge me $26,000 for a bottle of wine."
She added, "Are you crazy? Obviously, I didn’t buy it, but why would you try to deceive me like that? Sometimes, I prefer not to have attention; I like to be as normal as possible."
The 27-year-old gymnast celebrated with family and friends in the French capital after the Olympic closing ceremony, where she filmed herself dancing with her sister Adria at the famous L'Arc nightclub in Paris. Biles posted a photo on Instagram taken at her private table with signs reading "Simone Biles, Goddess of Life" and "Legend of Gymnastics," commenting, "The reason I'm feeling tired this morning."
