Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has stated that the recent rocket fire towards northern towns is a test of the 'Dahiyah Doctrine' announced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He urged the Prime Minister to implement the policy decisively and forcefully, advocating for the destruction of buildings in Beirut starting today.
Similarly, Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir declared his intention to request Netanyahu that, in response to every attack, Beirut should 'tremble'.
