Simultaneously, both sides highlighted the importance of maintaining unrestricted international navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. The talks also included discussions on the evolving situations in Gaza and Lebanon, taking place on the sidelines of the Gulf-U.S. ministerial meeting in Bahrain.
