Saudi Arabia Denies Talks with Houthis in Muscat or Through a Mediator

A Saudi official has informed 'Al Arabiya' and 'Al Hadath' that there are no ongoing discussions with the Houthi militias in Muscat or through any intermediary.

Contrary to reports from Western media, including the latest by Bloomberg, which suggested that the Kingdom is engaging in talks mediated by Oman with the Houthis in Muscat aimed at easing recent tensions, particularly in the Red Sea.

Riyadh has strongly condemned statements made by the so-called military spokesman of the terrorist Houthi militia, which accused the Kingdom of besieging the Yemeni people and blocking maritime navigation to the Kingdom.

Saudi Arabia emphasizes that peace in Yemen cannot be achieved through slogans or political maneuvering, but through genuine intent that prioritizes the interests of Yemen and its people above all else, rejecting violence, foreign agendas, and dependencies that have prolonged the conflict and worsened the suffering of millions.
