Joseph Al-Qusseifi, the head of the Lebanese Press Syndicate, has extended his condolences on the passing of former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, to Qatar's ambassador to Lebanon, Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, on behalf of the syndicate. In the condolence book, he recalled the late leader's significant role on both international and Arab levels and commended his initiatives towards Lebanon, especially during its difficult times, notably in 2006 and 2008.
