Public Sector Protests Emerge Ahead of Legislative Session

The public sector initiated a movement around Nijmeh Square just before the commencement of the general session of the House of Representatives, scheduled for eleven o'clock in the morning. This was amid a heavy presence of the army and security forces, which led to the closure of the road leading to Nijmeh Square. Consequently, there was severe traffic congestion stretching from Saifi towards the An-Nahar building.
