An "LBC" correspondent reported that around 2 a.m., Israeli artillery targeted the outskirts of Meifdoune and Wadi al-Hujeir, with artillery shelling on Ali al-Taher heights continuing until the morning hours.
Later, machine gun fire swept through the town of Khiam, coinciding with artillery that hit the outskirts of Eastern Zawtar, with reports of a major Israeli explosion.
In Nabatiyeh, an Israeli drone targeted medical teams in the universities' neighborhood while transferring an injured individual, damaging several ambulances but causing no injuries among the crews.
An Israeli drone also dropped a flashbang on the roof of a house at the outskirts of the town of Kafra, while Israeli military vehicles advanced from Hadatha towards the outskirts of Ayta el-Jabal, combined with machine gun operations in the region.
These operations later expanded towards Majdal Zoun and the surroundings of Mansouri, as field tensions persisted across multiple axes in the south.
In additional developments, "The National News Agency" stated that the Israeli army set fires to several fields and orchards in the Srda and Wazzani areas since morning, with the fires spreading to Wata al-Khyam and thick smoke visible in the atmosphere.
Alongside these developments, a joint patrol by UNIFIL forces and the Lebanese army conducted an inspection in the area, closely monitoring the rapid developments on the ground.
