The Israeli military is conducting sweeping operations in Bani Hayyan amid reports of artillery shelling on Douha Kafr Ramman. Several areas in the south and western Beqaa experienced heightened tensions on Friday evening, marked by a series of airstrikes and explosions. These events coincided with reports of Israeli military preparations for new attacks in Lebanon in the coming hours.

The Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement detailing the preliminary toll from the Israeli strikes on Friday evening, as follows:

- Ramadyeh, Tyre District: One fatality and 15 injuries, including 6 medics from "Scout of the Message," as well as 3 women and 2 children.
- Kafr Ramman, Nabatieh District: Two fatalities.
- Nabatieh Fawka: 3 injuries, including one woman.
- Mifdoun, Nabatieh District: 4 injuries, including 2 women.
- Ain el-Tineh, Western Beqaa: One Syrian national injured.
