An Israeli was critically injured today in a stabbing incident at the "Ma'oz Yehuda" farm near the village of Usarin, south of Nablus in the West Bank. The assailant fled the scene, according to Israeli media reports.
Israel Army Radio reported that a notification was received about a stabbing attempt in the Usarin area of the Samaria Brigade, indicating that a large army force rushed to the scene and began a chase for the perpetrator, while imposing a lockdown on nearby villages.
According to Israel's Channel 12, the suspect, described as a Palestinian, arrived at the farm by car, then exited and stabbed the Israeli present several times before fleeing in his vehicle.
The "Rescue Without Borders" organization reported that the victim, approximately 20 years old, suffered multiple stab wounds to the hand and upper body, with his condition classified as critical, yet he was conscious. A medic administered initial treatment before he was transported to a mobile military intensive care unit.
The Israeli army spokesperson stated that a large force initiated a manhunt to locate the attacker and is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
