Qatar has decided to gradually lift COVID-19-related restrictions in four phases, starting with the first phase on May 28 and the fourth phase on July 30, according to a statement from the Ministry of Health reported by the Qatar News Agency. Each phase will last at least three weeks, with continuous assessment of nationwide indicators to determine the transition from one phase to another. The first phase will allow gatherings of up to five vaccinated individuals indoors, along with the reopening of mosques for daily congregational prayers with some restrictions.
