The young Mexican, Andrea Meza, won the title of Miss Universe 2021. The 26-year-old from Chihuahua was crowned with the diamond tiara by Miss Universe 2019, South African representative Zozibini Tunzi. The second place went to Brazilian Julia Gama, while the third place was taken by Peruvian representative Janick Maceta. Meza works as a programmer, supports tourism in Chihuahua, and advocates against gender-based violence.
