Canon has announced the development of an Eye Control feature for autofocus, which allows photographers to select the focus point by looking at the desired area through the viewfinder. The Japanese company explained that the Eye Control autofocus feature is faster and more intuitive compared to buttons and joysticks, making it particularly useful for sports photographers. The new advanced feature is set to be launched with the professional EOS R3 camera, part of the mirrorless interchangeable lens camera category with a full-frame body that boasts dust and water resistance.
