Ramadan shared a video of himself inside the restaurant and captioned it: "I apologize on behalf of my fans and loved ones for causing the closure of my favorite place in Dubai for five days due to the gathering of my audience around me." The restaurant was closed for violating physical distancing rules outlined in health protocols to limit the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
