Qatar Airways announced the arrival of the world's first Gulfstream G700 aircraft in the State of Qatar. The national carrier stated on its Twitter account: "Today we are showcasing our G700 aircraft in Doha; just one year remains until Qatar Airways takes delivery of these exceptional business jets in 2022." Qatar Airways added: "Our G700 aircraft represents the latest addition to our modern long-range and ultra-long-range business jet fleet."
On his part, His Excellency Akbar Al Baker, CEO of Qatar Airways Group, stated: "As the global launch operator of Gulfstream aircraft, we affirm our commitment to addressing climate change factors and other environmental impacts by adding the technologically advanced G700 to our fleet." Al Baker continued: "Today we celebrate our strong relations with Gulfstream Aerospace, and we look forward to strengthening this relationship as we continue to receive new aircraft from them in the near future."
The Gulfstream G700 offers the most spacious, innovative, and flexible cabin in the private aviation sector. The aircraft features an extremely long cabin with a lounge or crew area, up to five seating areas, a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and will include 20 panoramic windows.
