Syrian News Agency: Civilian and Military Casualties Due to Israeli Aerial Aggression in the Central Region

Two civilians were killed and another was injured, along with six soldiers, due to Israeli aerial aggression in the central region. A military source stated in a statement to SANA that "at approximately 1:26 AM today, the Israeli enemy carried out an aerial aggression with volleys of missiles from the northeast direction of Beirut, targeting some points in the central region. Our air defense systems intercepted the aggression’s missiles and shot down most of them." The source noted that the aggression resulted in "the martyrdom of two civilians, serious injuries to another, injuries to six soldiers, and some material damage." Our air defense systems also intercepted an Israeli missile aggression targeting an empty building south of Damascus on the seventeenth of this month.
