Boy Chained Inside House… Security Forces Arrest Mother

Social media activist Abdelkader Al-Bay shared a video on his Facebook account showing a boy chained inside a house. Al-Bay noted that the boy was restrained inside a house in the town of Joya, southern Lebanon, and that a force from the Internal Security Forces entered the house, worked to free him, and arrested his mother.
