The quarter-final round of the Arab Cup football tournament kicks off today, Friday, with the host nation Qatar playing against the UAE in an exciting Gulf derby, while Tunisia will face Oman. The Tunisia vs. Oman match is scheduled for 6 PM Saudi time, to be held at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan. The "Al Bayt" Stadium in Al Khor will host the match between Qatar and its guest, the UAE, at 10 PM.
The winner of the Tunisia vs. Oman match will meet the winner of the Egypt vs. Jordan match taking place tomorrow, Saturday, while the winner of the Qatar vs. UAE match will face the winner of the Morocco vs. Algeria match, also scheduled for tomorrow. It is worth noting that the Moroccan national team is the defending champion of the last edition of the Arab Cup and is considered, along with Algeria and Egypt, one of the top contenders for the "Qatar 2021" edition.
