Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced that new Turkish operations will commence as soon as the preparations for completing the security belt along the Turkish-Syrian border are finalized. Earlier, Turkish presidential spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin confirmed that Ankara is ready for the new military operation in northern Syria, which could begin at any moment.
