Interior Minister Meets Qatari Counterpart, Affirms Support for Lebanon

The Minister of Interior and Municipalities in the caretaker government, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, wrote on Twitter: "In Doha, I had the honor of meeting with the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Qatar, Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Thani, who emphasized his country's support for Lebanon. It was an occasion to stress the deep relationships connecting Lebanon with Gulf Arab countries and to reaffirm the determination of the Lebanese people to work towards reviving the nation from its crisis."
