The Minister of Public Works in the caretaker government, Ali Hamie, tweeted: "Restoring confidence in Lebanon and its facilities to regain better activity than before is a national responsibility: the number of airplane landings and arrivals in June this year approached levels seen in June 2019: -June 2022: 103 aircraft and 16,358 arrivals -June 2019: 124 aircraft and 18,847 arrivals."
