Bou Habib: Passport Renewals for Election Day Only

Foreign Minister Abdullah Bou Habib indicated in a conversation with "Voice of Lebanon" that it is the ministry's duty, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, to conduct honest and transparent elections after all the tragedies in Lebanon. He added, "We assist voters abroad in renewing their passports only for Election Day." He pointed out that the sorting of polling stations is the responsibility of the Ministry of Interior, and once the ballot boxes are received from abroad, the mission of the Foreign Ministry ends.
