Title: In Kuwait: The First Brother Failed, the Second Succeeded in Killing His Sister in the Intensive Care Unit

On Sunday, the Kuwaiti Criminal Court referred the accused of killing his sister in the intensive care unit to a psychiatric evaluation to determine the state of his mental faculties. The victim was shot by her older brother two days before her admission on September 8, 2020, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper "Al-Qabas," near her home. Medical personnel managed to save her life, and she was placed in the intensive care unit, while security officers arrested the older brother who fired the shot. Subsequently, the younger brother went to the intensive care unit where the victim was in critical condition and completed the act of killing her.
