3. Bassam Mawlawi - Minister of Interior and Municipalities
4. Youssef Khalil - Minister of Finance
5. Abdullah Abu Habib - Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants
6. Walid Fayyad - Minister of Energy and Water
7. Johnny Qarm - Minister of Communications
8. Abbas Halabi - Minister of Education and Higher Education
9. Henry Khoury - Minister of Justice
10. Maurice Slim - Minister of National Defense
11. Ali Hamieh - Minister of Public Works and Transport
12. Firas Al-Abyad - Minister of Public Health
13. Hector Hajjar - Minister of Social Affairs
14. Nasser Yassine - Minister of Environment
