Sources for LBCI reported that "there are 35,000 tons of wheat in Lebanon, which is enough for 3 weeks to a month. After two months, there will be access to the agreed support from the International Monetary Fund (for wheat support). The Ministry of Economy confirmed that it will manage the crisis with the least possible damage, although we may encounter some bumps in the upcoming phase." It is worth noting that today there were queues in front of bakeries seeking bread, amidst its unavailability in stores and supermarkets since the afternoon.
