The head of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Talal Arsalan, tweeted: "A new page where I thank the loyal ones... the honorable people of the mountain who stood by my side... I thank the 9,000 votes that contributed to our electoral advancement compared to 2018... What unites us is greater than seats, positions, and immediate interests; we will continue the journey together with momentum, will, and determination." He added: "We accept the result and look forward to a new phase while reevaluating our internal situation... We respect the people's opinion and decision, even if it comes at our expense and allows the corrupt to remain; however, the most important thing is to maintain the diversity that we have always called for in the mountain and civil peace." Arsalan concluded: "The role today is for our youth in building the future of our country and their future; their voice is important, and our confidence in them is great... We will announce our position on the electoral entitlement at the right time."
