Lebanon Wins Against Kazakhstan in the U16 Women's Asian Championship Level

The Lebanon U16 women's basketball team started its games in the Level "B" Asian Championship, held at the Prince Hamza Hall in Amman, Jordan, with a victory over Kazakhstan, winning 59-47. The Lebanese team deserved the win as they led in all periods of the match that took place on Friday evening. The top scorer for Lebanon was Kristina Anan with 16 points, followed by Eliza Khoury with 13, Karen Hatit with 9, and Nour Luban with 6. Lebanon will play its second match against Iran at 8:15 PM on Saturday and its third match against Jordan at 6 PM on Sunday. The team that finishes in first place in the championship will qualify for Level "A", while the Level "B" tournament is taking place alongside the Level "A" Asian Championship, which includes 8 countries, also hosted in Jordan.
