Who is Daria Dugina, Who Died in a Car Explosion on the Outskirts of Moscow?

Daria Dugina (Platоновская) died in an explosion of an SUV in the Moscow region at the age of just 29. Daria was the daughter of the Russian political scientist and public figure Alexander Dugin. She was a political activist within the Eurasian International Movement headed by her father. She worked for some time as a host for a political program with Sergey Mardan on "Komsomolskaya Pravda" radio, and she also participated in political television programs. Due to her proficiency in French, she was often invited as an expert on French politics. Daria Dugina held a PhD in philosophy, and one of the main areas of her research was the study of the influence of the Greek philosopher Plato's ideas on the ancient world. Daria actively supported the Russian special military operation in Ukraine and personally knew several war correspondents and field commanders in Donbas. The UK placed Daria on its sanctions list, alleging that she "was involved in disseminating disinformation about the conflict in Ukraine."
