Syrian actor Taim Hassan denied the circulating reports about his participation in a film alongside his colleague Qusai Khouli and Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim.
Taim Hassan tweeted on his private Twitter account: "There is no truth to the news circulating about a current film of mine." He teased his fans about his upcoming work, saying, "I am looking forward to your views and comments on the series 'Ana' coming soon on the Shahid app."
Hassan had previously talked about the new project, sharing with his followers on social media a poster of his character in the series on his official Instagram page. He appeared in a completely new and different look from what audiences are used to, with long tied-up hair, a light beard, and wearing a formal suit.
In the series, Taim Hassan portrays a character named Karam, which is entirely different from what he played in "Al Hayba". He is joined in the lead role by many stars, including Razan Jamal, Diamond Bou Abboud, and Eli Nattre, among others.
Taim also shared a promo of the anticipated work, which seems to carry a romantic social theme, where Taim says in the promo: "I love you and I love her; I don’t want my house to be ruined, and I don’t want you to ruin it either, nor can I leave it in that place."
It is worth noting that the series "Ana" is written by Abeer Sharara, directed by Samer Al Barkawi, and produced by Sabbah Brothers. The project consists of short episodes and is set to be aired on the "Shahid VIP" platform.
