Ahmed El-Feshawy’s "Number 2" Mocks Mohamed Ramadan and Challenges Hany Shaker

Egyptian artist Ahmed El-Feshawy has released his much-anticipated song "Number 2," in which he mocks fellow artist Mohamed Ramadan.

In the rap song, El-Feshawy sings: "The second one people want, numbers, thank God, they say I'm different, and here we differ. Whoever walks on the pavement after autumn with half the clothes after air conditioning had to catch a severe cold; he should have worn number 2, but you all rushed him; you should have hurried him." He continues to target Mohamed Ramadan: "Whoever walks lightly loses little time in extravagance, and it won’t make a difference between a tuk-tuk and a Ferrari in the congestion; I’m a tank, you tasteless one."

El-Feshawy expresses his gratitude to his late father, the artist Farouk El-Feshawy, his mother, the artist Somaya El-Alfi, and also to comedian Samir Ghanem. Ramadan responded to El-Feshawy with a video clip on his personal Instagram page, featuring him with two girls behind him, alongside a voice clip from one of his songs stating: "I made a show with you, I’ll leave you because... number 1, not 2."

There has been a verbal war between Ahmed El-Feshawy and Mohamed Ramadan recently following the titles "Number 1" and "Number 2," with both responding in their own ways to the concept of the title.

It is noted that the Music Professions Syndicate requested that El-Feshawy remove scenes featuring Beka from his new song "Number 2" since he is not registered with any artistic syndicate, warning that legal action will be taken if he does not comply. However, El-Feshawy disregarded the syndicate's request led by Hany Shaker, keeping the segment in the song. The audience considered this action a challenge to the syndicate’s decision, particularly to Hany Shaker, urging him to take legal measures against him, like other artists who were penalized recently.
