The channel "Al Jadeed" reported that it received a call from a passenger on a boat making a distress call, indicating that the vessel is carrying 280 migrants, including children and pregnant women. The passengers have been stranded on board without water and food for three days in the sea between Italy and Malta. The caller appealed to the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to intervene with the relevant countries to rescue them.
