The French Ambassador to Lebanon, Anne Grillo, affirmed her country's commitment to Lebanon and its care for it, "because Lebanon is diverse." She emphasized that "the Lebanese people are not alone," stating, "We are here and we will stand by you during this difficult time. I believe you should look to the future and possess the confidence, boldness, courage, and talent that you have."
During the inauguration of the new wing of the French Institute in Lebanon - Jounieh, on the occasion of Francophonie Month, Ambassador Grillo spoke about the importance of Francophonie, "which represents values of brotherhood and sharing."
Grillo hoped for a new partnership in all regions.
