Russia Extends Oil Production Cuts

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak announced on Sunday that Russia will extend its oil production cuts by 500,000 barrels per day until the end of the year, as a responsible market participant and as a precautionary measure to guard against further market fluctuations.
