Ukrainian Officials on Minister's Death: Possibility of Sabotage Exists

Ukrainian security agencies announced that they are considering all hypotheses related to the helicopter crash that resulted in the deaths of Ukrainian Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky, his deputy Yevhen Yenin, and several other senior officials from the ministry. In a statement, they noted that the possibility of “deliberate sabotage” is not far-fetched, while no information about the cause of the tragedy has been revealed so far. However, the police confirmed that the circumstances of the incident are still under investigation. A spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force mentioned that the crashed helicopter belonged to the State Emergency Service under the Ministry of Interior.
