Outlook for Turkey is Negative While Oman is Positive

Standard & Poor's Global Ratings has revised its outlook for Turkey to "negative" from "stable" on Friday. The statement indicated that "the negative outlook reflects the risks facing Turkey's creditworthiness due to what we consider to be the unsustainability of monetary, fiscal, and economic policies." Additionally, it has upgraded the outlook for the Sultanate of Oman to positive due to improved budget performance, maintaining its rating at BB/B. It is expected that the real GDP of Oman will grow by about 2.5% annually on average between 2023-2026.
