The Kremlin announced today, Friday, that Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed in a phone call with his Brazilian counterpart Lula da Silva that Russia is open to dialogue regarding Ukraine. Lula had previously tweeted that he reiterated Brazil’s readiness to talk to both parties involved in the conflict in Ukraine.
